MISSION STATEMENT

I am Attorney Emily M. Hete.  I truly enjoy practicing law in the area of surrogacy and assisted reproduction.  My goal is to provide clients with sufficient information about surrogacy and assisted reproduction law in Ohio; to guide my clients effortlessly through their surrogacy journey, whether as a carrier or intended parent; to perfect legal documentation to assure the completion of a family as intended; and to conscientiously and fairly represent all clients to the conclusion of their journey.
